Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. A late check out option may be available if no one is coming in imediately following yoru stay. Please indicate in your booking or email norm@snowhill-farm.com prior to day of check out if you are interested in extending your stay.
Yes, the home has wifi. The property also offers multiple TV’s with Rokum as well an an Xbox and a SONOS sound system to connect to.
Yes. Garage parking is permitted with permission or if there is a significant snow event. Otherwise, pleaswe feel free to park anywhere on the driveway.
For those with experience setting and managing fires, you are welome to use both the porch firepit and the fireplace in the Den. Screens must always be in place and any fire you do set is in moderation. Firewood is available in the small shed that is accessible from both the front porch and den.
Ample cookware, appliances, and space await. You will find a refrigerator, six burner stove, double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, hand mixer, toaster, and ice maker. Additionally, there is dinnerware for 12+ guests with cutlery, pots, pans, and bakeware.

One pet maximum. Must pay pet fee and keep them off the furniture. No herds please.
